Entry Level Paralegal
Entry-Level Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Location: White Plains, NY
Compensation: ~$26/hour
Schedule: 100% on-site (potential for 1 remote day after training)
Join our client's busy litigation firm as an Entry-Level Paralegal/Legal Assistant, supporting a team of 15 attorneys in various practice areas, including criminal, civil, family, and real estate law.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize trial binders
- E-file legal documents in state and federal courts
- Hand-deliver hard copy documents to courts as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain attorneys’ calendars and deadlines
- Organize and manage case files and documents
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment
