Our process begins with our thoroughly understanding the job requirements and working with you to create a job description and ideal candidate profile. Then we’ll “go to market” and conduct a custom search, allowing us to uncover and screen candidates not available on the job boards. The results of our search will be presented to you using our proprietary eProfile tool, which allows you to view far more than just resumes. You’ll be presented with complete candidate profiles based on our interviews and our rankings within the group. We’ll then coordinate the entire interview process, and lead a ranking and debriefing session among the interviewers if you would like. After a hiring decision is made, we can help with the full onboarding process including detailed reference checking and benefits package creation. And we’re paid on performance--there’s no charge for our service unless you make a hire!
