Corporate Finance Attorney
CORPORATE FINANCE ASSOCIATE
Location: Buffalo, Rochester, or Albany
Experience: 2–6 years
Salary range: $124,000 – $158,000, commensurate with experience. Includes a comprehensive benefits package.
A respected law firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with 2–6 years of experience in commercial finance transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team advising clients on complex lending and finance matters across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent borrowers and lenders in middle-market commercial lending transactions.
• Provide guidance on secured transactions, including UCC-related matters.
• Handle documentation and negotiation for term loans, acquisition financing, letters of credit, and equipment finance agreements.
• Support cross-border lending transactions involving both secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across practice groups.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
