Program Manager
TGC Search is partnered with a global medical manufacturer in Germantown, WI, looking for their next Program Manager to join the team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of a new program launch for a high-profile healthcare customer. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between the customer and the manufacturing facility, ensuring project milestones, budget requirements, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, addressing issues and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Lead the overall program, ensuring deliverables are aligned with project goals.
- Manage budgets, risks, and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Oversee the transition of new product launches into production.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement strategies.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Implement best practices in scheduling, production control, and resource management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of program management experience.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing complex programs from development through sustainment.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and process improvement principles.
- ISO 13485 experience preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
