Real Estate Specialist

Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced real state firm is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support investment sales operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to analyze market trends, conduct research, and create investment reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze commercial market and submarket trends.
• Prepare high-quality reports and offering memorandums.
• Maintain internal databases and investment intelligence tools.
• Review lease agreements and financial documents.
• Provide analytical support to senior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis or investment research.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
