We’re growing our Substitute Teacher pool to support charter schools across Palm Beach County in anticipation of increased assignments this winter and spring!

Responsibilities
Implement lesson plans provided by classroom teachers.
Manage classroom behavior and promote a safe, inclusive learning atmosphere.
Support learning across core subjects, including literacy, math, and science.
Adapt to different grade levels and student needs, including special education.
Communicate effectively with school administrators and staff.
Maintain attendance and assignment notes for each placement.
Qualifications
Experience teaching or tutoring preferred.
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Dependable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with students.
Open to both short-term and long-term assignments.
