Job description
Overview
Our client, a leading provider of moving, storage, and logistics services, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a temp to hire basis. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers to ensure their needs are being met throughout the moving process. You will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, providing support, and fostering positive relationships to enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company via phone, email and text to coordinate moving services.
- Manage outbound calling efforts to follow up with customers and gather feedback on services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure smooth logistics, and communication between drivers and customers.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles, preferably in moving, storage or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
