Immigration Legal Administrative Assistant
Legal Administrative Assistant – Immigration (Confidential Search)
Phoenix, AZ – 100% On-Site
We are partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw firm (450+ attorneys across 13 offices) to identify a Legal Administrative Assistant (Immigration) to support a high-volume desk. This is a fast-paced, professional environment offering stability, growth, and a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and billing support for one Immigration Attorney.
Manage calendars, correspondence, and client communications.
Prepare, edit, and format legal documents using MS Word and Outlook.
Handle billing and time entry processes accurately and efficiently.
Maintain document management systems (FileSite/WorkSite or similar).
Qualifications
3–4 years of Legal Administrative Assistant experience in a law firm (immigration experience strongly preferred).
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and document management tools.
Billing experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred
Experience supporting immigration matters or similar practice areas.
Prior large law firm experience.
Proficiency with PowerPoint.
